Refund

Q.  How do I receive a refund?
A.  Refunds are only given for the following circumstances.  Proof that the player met the conditions below must be provided before a refund is issued.
  • Player is selected to play for the Fairfield High School team
  • Player is selected to play for a FOSC Select Team
  • Player moves outside of Fairfield SAY district 
In case of an injury that occurred prior to the start of SAY practices, parents must:
  • Request and complete Drop Form from [email protected]
  • Obtain injury excuse from doctor with date of injury
