RSA Overall Philosophy for Soccer Development

RSA follows the state and national guidelines for team sizes, game rules and times based on the age groups.  Individual division guidelines are provided on the division home pages.

The overall objectives are:

1.  To provide a safe, enjoyable, athletic experience through soccer practice and competition for all RSA players at the developmental, house league or interleague level of play.

2.  To improve individual soccer skills and enjoyment of the game through instruction, practice and games.

3.  To teach and practice good sportsmanship and teamwork.

4.  To encourage excellence in playing and coaching.
